The project involves full-depth pavement replacement using Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) on State Route 545 in Richland and Ashland Counties. It starts at the intersection of SR 545 and SR 96 in Olivesburg and ends at the intersection of SR 545 and SR 60/US 250 in Savannah. Additionally, 8-foot-wide buggy lanes will be added on both sides of the roadway.
Construction is estimated to begin in Spring 2025 and be completed by November 2025. Through traffic will be detoured for 120 days, while local traffic, particularly for horse-drawn vehicles, will be maintained during construction on SR 545.
