Project Details
AEP plans to construct a 138-kV transmission line that will connect the South Caldwell Substation to the Macksburg Substation in Southeastern Ohio. The transmission line will be approximately 8 miles long through Noble and Washington Counties. Construction is expected to begin in late 2017.
