Project Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in collaboration with consultant Oates & Associates, is preparing to make pavement, safety, and shoulder improvements along 6.7 miles of Route 47 in Lincoln County. This project will extend from 0.3 miles west of the Route H/J intersection in Troy to the Route A/D intersection in Hawk Point. An environmental evaluation has been completed to identify a suitable design solution.
Project Benefits
The project aims to enhance safety and improve the condition and efficiency of the corridor. Planned improvements include realigning curves at select locations, adding paved shoulders, upgrading intersections, and resurfacing the pavement.
