As part of the Mill Creek Expressway projects, this initiative will reconfigure the southbound I-75 to westbound I-74 connection and add a thru lane on I-74 West. It includes constructing a new ramp from I-75 South to I-74 West and rehabilitating structures over Spring Grove Avenue, Elmore Street, and Beekman Street, along with a pedestrian overpass. Additional features include new lighting, drainage, traffic monitoring systems, median barriers, noise walls, signage, and pavement.
