Project Details
The Road Commission for Oakland County, together with the cities of Novi and Wixom, will reconstruct 12 Mile Road from Beck Road to Novi Road between 2026 and 2028. This $35 million project will widen portions of the roadway, replace pavement, improve intersections, upgrade drainage, and add enhanced pedestrian facilities.
