Tinley Park’s controversial 183rd Avenue roundabout project is moving into the next phase of its development, with construction possibly starting as early as spring of 2016.Village staff presented a memo to trustees at the May 20 Public Works Committee meeting regarding the roundabout’s second phase, which involves design plans and right-of-way acquisition, officials said.Specifically, village staff members are requesting approval for agreements with the Illinois Department of Transportation regarding funding and services.
