Sever Storey Stands Firm Behind Clark County Landowners vs. Ameren

Sever Storey entered its appearance this week on behalf of the Clark County Preservation Committee in its fight against the Ameren Three Rivers Transmission Line.

Sever Storey attorney Jordan Walker will be representing the Committee in its Petition to Intervene with Ameren’s attempt to seek certification from the Illinois Commerce Commission to build a cross-state transmission line, expected to affect thousands of residents.

Similarly, residents in Quincy County, Illinois, recently received letters from Ameren notifying them that their land may be affected by the same line. Full story here.
