The Missouri Public Service Commission has set a public hearing schedule by Grain Belt Express that request status as a certified and regulated utility in the state. Eight hearings have been set, one for each county slated for the proposed route. These hearings will be held in August and September. The hearings provide an opportunity for landowners and community members to ask questions about the application and give sworn testimony.
