The City of Strongsville, Ohio will soon be moving forward with Phase 2 of the Pearl Road Widening Project. The project had been delayed until 2019 due to ODOT funding issues, but the project has been put back on track. The City has been steadily acquiring funding for the project over the last year and hired a right-of-way firm this summer to handle property acquisition.
The project is still in the design stage, but construction may begin as early as late 2013. Sever Storey is planning on hosting a seminar to provide information to affected property owners about the process and what steps to take to protect their rights.
