A public meeting was held this past Tuesday night, January 22, in Mariemont regarding a project that would relocate a portion of SR 32, which is part of the Eastern Corridor initiative. Residents voiced a great deal of concern over the project, centering mainly on a region referred to as the South 80.
This area is features trails, gardens and recently discovered North American Indian artifacts. The relocation of SR 32 would likely require the taking of at least a portion of this land. No final route has been chosen at this time.
