The Illinois Tollway announced $771 million in funding for the proposed creation of the Elgin O’Hare bypass and widening of I-90 in 2013 Thursday.

Other projects included on the 2013 Tollway budget are the new interchange on Interstate 90 at Illinois Highway 47 near Huntley and continued work on the new connection between the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) and Interstate 57 near Markham.

What this means for landowners of each project:

Elgin O’Hare: This project is going to affect close to 100 landowners and Sever Storey has already made efforts to contact these landowners. Sever Storey will undoubtedly be hosting a seminar for this project in 2013, so keep an eye out on landownerattorneys.com for times and dates.

I-90 (Jane Addams Exressway widening): Another project Sever Storey has been tracking, this roadway expansion will likely also affect a good number of Illinois landowners. Look out for a seminar in mid/late 2013 from Sever Storey.

I-294/I-57 Interchange: This project is actually been ongoing for some time now and land acquisition is currently going on. Sever Storey has a seminar planned for this project set at the following time, date and location:

Midlothian Public Library
14701 Kenton Avenue  Midlothian, IL 60445
6:00-7:30
