Gary Airport Needs More Money for Expansion, Land Acquistion
The planned expansion of the Gary Airport needs more money for land acquisition.
The Gary/Chicago Airport Authority is asking the Federal Aviation Administration for $24 million, apparently necessary to expand the runway at Gary’s airport. The project already asked for almost $60 million in 2006.
