CIRCLEVILLE — The South Court Street Connector has taken another step forward as negotiations for easements between the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and local property owners will begin.
The connector project will give direct access from South Court Street in front of the property that is now South Court Street Elementary to the area just south of Taco Bell in front of Rural King and Peebles.
