BREAKING: Illiana Submits Proposed Route to Feds for Approval

In an event supposed to occur sometime at the end of 2012, the Illiana Expressway submitted its proposed plans and route path to the federal government in its FEIS (federal environmental impact study) for approval this week.

The expediancy in which both Indiana and Illinois Departments of Transportation supplied this FEIS means land acquisition for the controversial highway will begin as soon as the federal government approves the plan (potentially winter 2012).

Sever Storey will be hosting two seminars on Illiana (tonight and tomorrow) at the following locations:

Illinois 1: October 24, 2012
Peotone Public Library
515 N. First St.
Peotone, IL 60468
6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. CST

Illinois 2: October 25, 2012
Ramada Inn
1520 Commerce Lane
Joliet, IL 60431
6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. CST

If you are interested in attending one of these seminars, or have any questions on Illiana, please give us a call at any time at 1-888-318-3761 or visit us on the web at www.landownerattorneys.com.
