Philip D. Sever, Esq. is one of the founding partners of Sever Storey Walker and has been helping individuals, families, and businesses as an attorney since 1996. Mr. Sever practices exclusively in the area of eminent domain and condemnation. He has represented commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and mineral landowners in hundreds of large and small condemnations throughout the country.  Mr. Sever is the author of numerous articles and videos on eminent domain and condemnation and has taken the lead in educating landowners and attorneys about the eminent domain and condemnation process.  Mr. Sever is also an accomplished trial lawyer with several multi million dollar jury awards on behalf of landowners.

Mr. Sever enjoys competition and sports and spending time with his family. He participates in Triathlons and adventure racing on a regular basis.
