INDOT briefed the public on a proposed US 41-Lloyd Interchange Thursday in Evansville.
As part of the project, all traffic signals on the Lloyd Expressway at the interchange are to be eliminated. The northbound and southbound U.S. 41 bridges over the Lloyd will be replaced and a new pedestrian bridge will be provided on the east side of the interchange.
INDOT says that of the 39 parcels needed for this project, most have already been purchased.
