The Eastern Corridor program includes a number of road and rail projects intended to improve transportation options between Cincinnati and the region just to its east. Everyone will likely agree that the project is a major one and that it will have significant impacts on the region. The disagreement comes when you ask whether the impacts will be beneficial to the region.
There are, of course, large numbers of people and groups on both sides of the argument. The program is still in the preliminary phases, so much of the argument is over whether the projects should even happen.
