George Padgitt is an income partner with Sever Storey Walker. Mr. Padgitt is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Indiana & North Carolina. He has a thorough knowledge of eminent domain and condemnation law including inverse condemnation. George has represented clients all over the county with the help of local counsel in other jurisdictions including Oregon, Utah, Oklahoma, Kentucky & Tennessee. Mr. Padgitt graduated from Wabash College in 2009 and immediately went to the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He received his J.D. in May of 2012. George has been with the firm since mid-2011. In his free time George is an avid sports fan and lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys swimming, soccer and football.
